SHIPPING & HANDLING
Standard Delivery
Items in stock should arrive within 3-6 days from the date of your order. We ship within 24 hours by Fedex Ground, USPS, or UPS
Next Day delivery
We use Fedex for next day delivery. Please check rate on the check out screen. In stock items should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (MST). A signature is required.
Saturday delivery
If requested, add $30 to standard S&H per shipment. Your order should arrive the next Saturday. If ordered by 12:00 noon (MST) on Friday, your order should arrive the next day.

Returns for credit or Exchange
Stefankaelin.com satisfaction guarantee gladly accepts returns for credit or exchange provided the following common sense conditions are met:
* Merchandise must be received back to us Within 10 Days of receipt of the merchandise. (Due to the seasonality of winter and summer inventory which changes quickly)
* Merchandise must be in unworn and in perfect condition with all tags as supplied
* The original receipt with explanation of the reason of return
* Must Use a return method that provides a tracking number of the shipment, its recommended to insure the return shipment with receipt signature.
* The cost to ship an item for return/exchange is the customers responsibility. If the item (s) is an exchange stefankaelin.com will ship to the customer by Fedex ground without any charge to the customer.

Returns for credit. The value of the merchandise returned will be credited to the exact form of payment used for the original purchase after receipt of the product. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. For late returns received after the 10th day deadline a 20% restocking fee of the retail value will be charged.
Returns of sale merchandise must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt for an exchange or refund.
Returns after 7 days from the date of receipt will be refunded in form of a merchandise store/online merchandise credit.
Returns for Exchange
For an exchange, please indicate which new product you want by providing the item number located on our website and Include color and size choices, if applicable. Exchange availability is subject to daily changes of our inventory and in most cases or not possible to get from the manufacturer but we will do our best to find the item for the customers satisfaction.

PRICING
In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to limit the number of items purchased through this Website and shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
