When sending your item back, please clearly indicate whether you'd like a return or an exchange. This helps us process your request as quickly as possible.
Return Window & Eligibility
Standard Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.
Sale items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition, with all original tags and packaging.
A copy of your receipt and a brief reason for the return must be included.

Use a trackable shipping method—we strongly recommend adding insurance and signature confirmation.

Refunds & Credits
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Late returns (received after 10 days) may be accepted with a 20% restocking fee.
Sale items returned after 7 days will be refunded as store credit only.
Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or style?
Let us know the new item number, color, and size you’d like, and we’ll do our best to fulfill your request based on availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
We’ll cover the cost of shipping the exchange item to you via FedEx Ground (within the U.S.).
