Several ski school instructors who go out into bad weather everyday have been testing our visors and came to the conclusion that the #09 visor and our number 3 visor offer the best visibility in snowy conditions. Every mirror layer on a lens will have a filter effect and reduces to a very small degree the clarity of the lens and the look through visibility.
The safety of a CP all-in-one helmet requiers not only excellent physical properties but also outstanding optical quality. CP spares no effort to offer the ambitious skier the highest optical comfort . This includes VARIO lenses with day-light-adaptive tinting. Mirror lenses with mirror coating to protect from annoying glares, and finally POL lenses for extended contrast enhancement and reduction of reflections on the slope surface. Various color shades are available. The right visor for every requirement and look.
And for all eyeglass wearer: you can wear your regular glasses comfortably under any of the CP visors.
Visor Forms 1.6 and 2.7
Form 1.6 is CP’s traditional visor shape that is round at the bottom of the visor. Form 2.7 is the newer developed shape which is square shaped at the bottom of the visor. This increases the coverage of the face and works well for medium and small size faces.
And remember for sunny day conditions one can always wear sunglasses under the visor, there is plenty of room to allow wearing them comfortably.
